Are you ready to embark on a unique journey of discovery into the exciting flavors of Mexico?

We have recently opened our new ‘Chef’s Table’ where Chef Eleazar Bonilla delights the senses with his 8, 10 & 12 course tasting menus.

Taking traditional Mexican ingredients and recipes, Chef Bonilla then creatively and expertly transforms them into culinary creations for the modern table.

The menus are paired with signature cocktails, local artisanal beers, and show case some of the exquisite New World wines that Mexico now has on offer, resulting in a Mexican gastronomical experience for the true epicurean at heart!

Chef Bonilla and his team are your hosts for the evening. The air conditioned room itself is very comfortable with a homely candlelit ambiance and decorated with Mexican antiques. As it is adjoined to the kitchen, curtains can be opened at any stage of the evening to allow viewing of the kitchen and the Chef in action. The table can seat up to 8 people.

Come join us every Tuesday & Friday for our Open Chef’s Table, perfect for couples and small groups wanting to experience the 8-course menu with pairing. The evening starts at 6:30pm for cocktails before entering the room. Only 8 seats available each week so we recommend you book beforehand!

PRIVATE DINING

Private chef’s tables are available for those wanting a more intimate experience. The 8 course menu are available for groups up to 8 people. The suggested time to start is between 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Booking must be made in advance so please contact us for more information.

8 COURSE MENU: $160 USD PER PERSON + 18% SERVICE, TAX INCLUDED
Private Chef Table (Always verifying with Chef Eleazar prior to confirmation of date) $700 + 18% SERVICE = UP TO 3 PEOPLE, AFTER 4 PEOPLE OR MORE $160 + 18% FOR EVERY EXTRA PERSON
